Woolstone Medical Centre is proud to be a Research Ready Accredited Practice. We work collaboratively with the NIHR Clinical Research Network which is the Research arm of the NHS.

Clinical Research is very important to improve care, treatments and ultimately patients’ quality of life.

Woolstone Medical Centre supports several different types of Primary Care studies which have been ethically approved. Our GP Research Lead is Dr Ramesh Babu.

If you are a patient at Woolstone Medical Centre, you may receive invitation letters or text messages to ask if you wish to take part in a research study. Joining in a research study is completely voluntary.

However, if you do not wish to be contacted about research studies please complete the Opt-Out-Form below and hand it to the reception team or send it via post. If you are able to use a scanned signature, you can email it to the practice email address: (only signed forms will be accepted).
