If you have any special needs please let our staff know so that we can help you, and also ensure you get the same support in the future.
At the Woolstone Medical Centre wheelchair access to the building is via a ramp near the front entrance. The ramp also allows access to the treatment room from outside in an emergency.
Patient services are provided at ground floor level; however, a lift is provided to access the first floor via the stairs inside the front entrance. For disabled patients a WC is provided near the front entrance and another is available on the first floor. If access proves difficult to any of our disabled patients we would be happy to consider any suggestions for improvement.
Disabled parking – Blue badge scheme
The Blue Badge Scheme is for people with severe mobility problems. It allows Blue Badge holders to park close to where they need to go. For more information and an Application Form visit your local council office.
